Join us at the 2023 Symposium!

The brightest minds in dairy are coming together once again in 2023 to showcase the industry’s most recent scientific research and developments in carbon, sustainability, business and farming production for the Dairy Research Foundation’s Symposium.

Held at The University of Sydney’s Camden campus and Corstorphine Dairy the Dairy Research Foundation’s (DRF) Symposium will attract upward of 200 industry providers on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th November.

Presentations from leading industry experts and speakers including Tim Mackle, Former Chief Executive of DairyNZ and Prof. Richard Eckard from Melbourne University will review a range of topics on the future challenges for dairy science including discussions on the carbon ‘reality’ for Australian dairy farmers, industry impact on carbon emissions, resilience in the industry and emerging science topics.

About The Dairy Research Foundation
The DRF Symposium is an annual event held by The University of Sydney. One of the roles of the Dairy Research Foundation is to inform the dairy and general community on the work undertaken by the University and this has led to the organising of an Annual Symposium held at various location within the state, including Camden NSW in 2023.
